Suspending Joint Rule No. 5, relating to consideration of H. B. 4705, Abolishing the University of West Virginia Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors of the State College System and creating a single higher education governing board.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the members present and voting in each house agreeing thereto:
That the provisions of Rule No. 5 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates are hereby suspended for the express purpose of consideration of H. B. 4705.
